Recently the Site Manager, at one of the large high schools we supply, left somewhat abruptly without any form of handover taking place.

Without an instant replacement or any detailed knowledge of supply requirements and stock, we were quickly able to make sure there were no hiccups along the way.

We came into the school and worked with site staff and the Finance Manager to work through all the stock, assess what specific products were required and in what volumes, so that appropriate orders could be generated.

Knowing the previous order patterns and usage helped us make sure this was cost efficient and that no shortages would ensue, whilst a new appointment was made.

For this school, having a local personal service was extremely beneficial and helped ease an otherwise difficult transition.
